With a virtually accessible apartment, you offer potential buyers a great experience on the one hand, but on the other hand you also give them the best opportunity to get to know the apartment and try out equipment options. This makes the purchase decision easier.

• You can experience any number of apartments virtually at an early stage and are not limited to a real model apartment in the actual property
• They make it easier for customers to make solid decisions about equipment variants at an early stage and thus reduce delays in construction

A VR apartment configurator is ideal for a showroom in your own rooms, where you can accompany the customer during the inspection.

We are also working on the possibility of being able to access the apartments from home using a laptop or tablet.

Additional options:

• The virtual apartment can be visited both in VR and on the screen. You can switch between the screen and VR headset at any time during lively customer conversations. This also means you can use the model with customers who are afraid of VR.
• The real course of the sun can be simulated for each apartment in order to show the incidence of light in the different rooms
• In the VR model, distances can be measured with millimeter precision
• The apartment can be shown empty or furnished and you can switch between these options at the touch of a button
